BLP celebrates success at IFLR Awards
BLP, Interlaw’s partner firm in Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua, is celebrating after becoming the most nominated firm in Central America at the IFLR Americas Awards 2024.
The IFLR Awards focus on legal innovation through dealmaking and recognizing work that improves the cross-border investment environment.
The firm is shortlisted for National Law Firm of the Year: Central America, Costa Rica and two awards for some of its most notable transaction work, Deal of the Year: Debt and Equity Linked, and Deal of the Year: High Yield.
It is also the only firm from Central America nominated for a Net-Zero Transition Award, which recognizes internal and external initiatives aimed at materially improving sustainability and decarbonization, or legally innovative deals that advance market policy, framework, and regulation for sustainable corporate finance.
